The team of Dave, Dan and Lily at Orpington are excellent. I have used Yellow Storage on off for a few years now and the staff are always very helpful and professional. Yellow Storage Orpington are one of the easiest storage facilities I have used, with easy access to park your vehicle to unload items to get to your locker. Can I give an extra mention to Lily who sorted out our new unit, she does this always professionally and with a smile.

I recently used Big Yellow Self Storage and had a really positive experience. The team there, Lillie, Dave, and Dan were absolutely brilliant from start to finish. They took the time to clearly explain how everything works, including the storage options and insurance, which really helped me feel confident in my decision. I had a few worries when opening a unit, but they reassured me straight away and made the whole process smooth and stress-free, they’re all incredibly friendly and welcoming, always greeting with a smile, which makes a big difference. Excellent customer service and a great team. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone looking for storage
