I went in to the Sheffield Branch yesterday to make some enquiries about hiring a storage space. Stacey was on duty and was extremely friendly and helpful. She provided a warm welcome (which is often very rare these days). She explained everything clearly and showed me an example of the storage unit and then emailed me a quote. Stacey provided excellent customer service.

Very helpful staff. Phil was very friendly, offering a drink upon arrival and ensuring our unit was big enough for what we wanted. We were shown around and how to use all the utilities which was very useful. Overall a very welcoming and easy experience!
