When I went in to make an enquiry about the storage that they have available, I meet April and Stacy and both of has been amazing at their job. I was provide one of the best customer support I can ever ask for. They provide with what I needed not want I want and this made so happy. I am sure other staff are awesome at their job too but these two that I meet made my day I left the building smiling.
The staff were absolutely fantastic and extremely welcoming! I just had to write a positive feedback as they helped me store my student belongings, made sure I knew what I was entitled to (discounts), explaination of how the storing services work. I left with a smile on my face and content with their customer service and politness. Very swift, easy and highly recommended people of Sheffield using this spot to store their belongings! I can't recommend this self-storage place enough, mainly thanks to the staff. Emma, Stacey and Tanya were all so helpful: taking time to explain all the different room size and cost options over the phone, and being super friendly and supportive. I had a lovely chat with them as I was signing all the forms. The place itself is also very conveniently-located and easy to use.
