“I had a very good experience at Big Yellow Self Storage on the North Circular. The staff member who helped me was very attentive, polite, and patient. He explained everything clearly, showed me the space personally, and answered all my questions with great care. The customer service really made a difference. The price was also reasonable and worth it. I just think it could be slightly cheaper to make it more affordable for more people. Overall, I had a very positive experience and would definitely recommend it!”
