Customer reviews for Staples Corner Self Storage

Good

Brilliant company

Azmeena was a great help with showing me different sized units, made polite chat about my move and gave me all the information I needed.

I had such a wonderful experience today! Hayad was absolutely lovely — incredibly friendly, welcoming and professional. She gave me a very thorough tour of the whole storage facility, explained everything clearly, and took the time to show me several different units so I could choose the one that suited me best. The customer service was truly outstanding. Hayad was smiling, attentive and had such positive energy throughout the whole process. We signed the agreement today, and I’m genuinely very happy with my new storage unit. I also have to mention how impressed I am with this particular branch. Everything is brand new, spotless and beautifully organised, with a lovely fresh atmosphere. The whole place feels modern, clean and very well maintained. A fantastic first experience and definitely a 5-star service. Thank you so much, Hayad, for making everything so easy and pleasant! Highly recommended!

Paul was great help! Talked me through the options and processes very well!

I am grateful for Paul with his excellent customer service! Honestly the best experience we have had especially using storage space for the first time, he made us comfortable and was very honest with all the information he provided to us. Top lad! Thank you once again!

Paul checked me in this morning. Efficient, personable and professional especially under a lot of pressure! Always calm and polite to all customers.
