The booking process was easy and the follow-up phone up was positive. Staff ensured I received the dicscouted rate, however it wasn't made clear to me that I needed to buy insurance or that I could arrange this though a specialist insurer. Also is was suggested that I needed to buy a Big Yellow pad lock for my unit.

This is the first time that I have used any type of storage, the units are great just wished the pricing wasn't advised so much as weekly payments as I was hit with a large charge, also insurance wasn't detailed that you have to pay that weekly also per week. I was very unprepared and if I'd known all this before I wouldn't have considered using this as I think it's too expensive for what it is. Sam Cocklin was the gentleman that helped me and he went above and beyond standard service as my two young boys were being friendly and he told the time to interact with them and making sure they were safe. Thank you to Sam.

The manager was very friendly and informative. The price for using yellow storage is extremely fair.
