I was so pleased with the service that Mike the Store Manager gave me throughout the whole process, He price matched a quote I received from another self store company. We will continue to use Big yellow and will not go anywhere else especially the Harold Hill store. The customer service is amazing.
Polite service. Knowledgeable and helpful manager. Check in took a long time and price match on insurance was difficult to obtain and couldn't be completed on my check in visit, meaning I had to pay an invoice that was more than necessary and will now have to claim a refund.

Called by manager to Romford site due to a water leak through roof damaging items in our box. On arrival staff had moved wet items to a dry area and arranged a removal crew to move all other items to a replacement box. Your manager and staff were very helpful giving us new boxes and advising on how to make an insurance claim.Even gave s a cup of coffee! However my wife and I still spent a considerable time sprting and rearanging our goods. Not so happy that the roof leak occured as we had already moved boxes due to repairs being carried ou to the roof.

The employee on duty, Sam, was very helpful, informative and friendly. He made sure that I was aware of every element of hiring out a storage locker as it was my first time, made sure that all passcodes worked and i was dealt with in a very timely manner. I was also recommended removal hire who were very cost effective, friendly in their service and helpful too. An overall good experience that went as smoothly as possible.
