Whilst overall service was great, I was a bit disappointed with the 25% off offer I saw online. When I spoke on the phone with one member of staff - Martina, who was amazing, she said she would make sure I get the 25% discount from any packaging I needed. However, when I got to the place the next day, a different member of attended me, he was of the view that only the boxes had the discount, not the dust sheets and plastic bags. He was not willing to apply any discount if I needed different items, only if I purchased 3 pieces of the same thing, like the dust sheet, but I only needed one of those. There was another staff member, not the one who spoke to me on the phone, who was more willing to provide some discount even for 3 different items so I felt there is not much clarity on website or in the store as it depends on the luck who you dealing with. Had I had the person I spoke on the phone to deal with me in person, I may have had a different experience, whilst this put a bit of a bitter taste at the start.

Explained clearly how the store operated and guided me through the documentation required.
