Today we were served by mercy, she was very friendly and helpful. The only thing I would recommend the website should mention that when you sign up you should book to go before 4pm.

I just wanted to say a big thank you to Mercy at Big Yellow Self Storage. She was absolutely lovely and went out of her way to help us with everything we needed. She even stayed a bit behind to make sure it was all sorted, which we truly appreciated. Amazing service and such a kind person ☺️ thank you, Mercy!

Highly recommend if you need to put some things in storage, I managed to get a good discount for the first 8 weeks. Staff are all really nice, great sevice especially from Naif!
