First time using this type of facility and very impressed, clean, bright, safe hassel free

Booked in online but did not save properly. Took time to do it once there, which wasted time. Found the trolleys difficult to steer around the corners - needed two people, one to push and one to pull.

Basically I was impressed with the customer service at the Barking branch by the staff team.

REALLY GOOD SERVICE,THE GUY I DEALT WITH WAS REALLY HELPFULL AND WENT OUT OF HIS WAY TO MAKE SURE I WAS HAPPY WITH BIG YELLOW. KEN GREEN.

I booked the smallest room available and all my stuff, that I had to bring in a van, fit in perfectly, I couldn't believe it. The ceilings are very high so I stacked all the things on top of each other. Paperwork was done quick and the staff were very friendly and helpful! Great service and I will definetly be using these storages next year again!! Thanks alot to all the staff!! :)
