Really great experience and helpful associate

Declan was an absolute star, attentive and efficient at his job and extremely friendly. Dwarves a raise

Roland was super insightful on my moving needs and very helpful. Great experience

Had a great experience throughout the entire process and Roland was very friendly and helpful. I felt really confident that my stuff was left in good hands and secure.

We’ve been with this branch of Big Yellow Storage for many years and they are excellent. It’s always clean and well maintained. We’ve just moved units at the branch, and the help we received from Declan and Roland was excellent. Professional, friendly and efficient through the whole process. Would definitely recommend them.

I used Big Yellow Storage Battersea for about four months and had a great experience. I always felt that my belongings were safe, and the facility was clean and well managed. The staff were especially friendly and helpful. When I came back to the UK after 4 months, Roland helped me sort everything out and he is the one I reached out for any questions, David was always there when I needed help in the building, and Declan helped arrange my night access so I could get to my storage after 6pm. Overall, the team made the experience smooth and stress-free. I really appreciate their help. Thank you so much!

Good value and Roland was very helpful and accommodating
