The place was clean, well organised, structured and purpose built.

Great experience overall but it’s quite expensive to store goods… that’s all I would suggest, maybe making it more affordable.

Finding a unit of the right size. Offering advice. Speed of service in the office. Being able to check in from home to speed up the day. Texting the code. Explaining the entry and exit procedures. The service from the front of house team was exceptional. I dealt with Nick.

I started to say that my English is not very good, and your employee was very polite, explaining to me several times what I had to do with admirable patience.

The website is easy to use. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I spoke to Bradley on the phone, who helped me set up my account and payments remotely so that my housemates could access the locker without me present.

Arrangement process was very smooth. Support team explained the process clearly and help me thru the process.

Staff were fantastic, friendly helpful and patient, I was looked after by Shareen and she was great.
