My initial enquiry was dealt with in an efficient and friendly manner. Although I didn't receive an official, typed up, clear breakdown of all the costs involved. It was verbal with the numbers jotted down in list form on a piece of paper. When I went back a week later to finalise the transaction I couldn't remember exactly what the details were.

He went out of his way to make sure I had everything need3d and went as far as giving up his break when he saw me drive into the car park to help me secure the unit. Thoroughly impressed with Mike's help and would recommend to others.
