Renne was really helpful and had a lot of information. The unit was exactly what I needed and there were trollies available to move everything in.

The quote process was very simple and easy to follow, as was the online check in. Chris was very helpful when I moved in, and made sure I fully understood everything.

Chris made everything very easy! I checked in later than my original date with a different ID and upgraded my space and it was all no issue! He explained everything very clearly.

The person that registered me was kind and very helpful

I was happy with the customer relations demonstrated by staff of the company. The staff were also knowledgeable, patient and charismatic whilst communicating information regarding my storage transaction. I was particularly impressed by Mr Ernest and Mr Kai.

The customer service I received from everyone I spoke to, both on the phone and in person, was brilliant. Everyone was very friendly and went over and above to make my experience better e.g. offering tea/coffee while I waited and finding me a unit that was closer to the lift and easier to find.
