Really easy and well explained.

The team was absolutely excellent and very helpful and informative. Wonderful service. My only comment is that from the time of booking to moving I was contacted via telephone at least once a week. I felt it was a little too often but each time the person at the other end was very professional.

Vicky was extremely helpful while sorting my self storage. I felt so relaxed and at ease knowing Vicky had everything in hand. Vicky was professional but also went the extra mile on the personal touch. I really cannot rate your employee more highly. I don’t usually complete surveys but due to the exceptional service I received, I had to. Please pass on my thank you!

Exceptionally well

The team were very helpful and pleasant, but the website should have been clearer re changes to opening hours much earlier. I was moving weekend of 6th/7th Dec. As a non-driver and living 7 miles out of Bristol it is quite a lot to deal with logistically, even though I only have a small locker unit of stuff. When I checked earlier in the week there was no mention of shorter closing/ late opening on those days on the website. The pop up didn't appear until later in the week and I was only prompted to look as I happened to be in communication with the store close to those dates. Joe flagged it up. Whilst that was helpful and saved me turning up to a closed store, earlier notification on the website would have been far, far better. I had to change all my planning at the last minute to accommodate the changes. This impacted on my plans and other people's plans that weekend.

Every one has been so helpful and calling and emailing to make sure that I was clear about everything and that if I need help to call them back. On the day that I moved my things in I was not keen with the size of the space and the gentleman was very understanding and giving me more options and took his time to explain things to me. Very good service
