Fantastic service

First time using big yellow storage and it’s been great. Super easy sign up, registration and overall process. Particularly great service from Lewis at the Bristol location.

Good storage spaces and lovely staff, Deb on front desk was ever so helpful when we needed to drop our hire van back but couldn't put everything in the unit right away,

Very impressed as to how easy staff made it for us to use Big Yellow, from Ami supporting us with advice as to what we need, then helping us through the initial Booking process before Checking in…right through to Deb talking us through the sign in documentation before moving us in without any fuss (especially helping with the locks & lifts!) Their customer service and knowledge of the business & processes etc was excellent! Both came across friendly & professional with nothing being too much trouble! Thanks Ami & Deb!
