Mark and Ellie have been a great help during our move

I rented a 75ft storage unit for 2 years. The facility is well maintained and clean, feels safe with lights always on and staff on hand in reception. Moving out of the unit was a bit stressful having to donate furniture to charity and arrange collection or make many trips from storage to recycling centre so I appreciated that Ellie was so helpful and responsive every time I needed (for example I had to arrange out of hours access) Ellie is exceptional and honestly made the whole Big Yellow experience 5 star for me. She promptly responded to my email queries, always welcomes people with a smile, is knowledgeable and very courteous. My husband still has a smaller unit there and it’s really thanks to Ellie that even though Big Yellow is a bit more expensive we continue to use it - it’s a pleasure dealing with her and knowing the support will be there should we need it - thank you Ellie! So, if you are looking for a storage unit short term or long term, drop by and talk to Ellie - she’ll do her best to accommodate your needs! I hope she gets a pay rise as she truly deserves it!

A very pleasurable experience and Ellie was an absolute pleasure to deal with from the day I ‘checked in’ to the evening I checked out. Would definitely recommend and use if the need arises again.
