I spoke to customer services first of all (out of hours I believe) and the lady (forgive me for forgetting her name) was incredibly helpful and patient. I then dealt with Charlotte from the West Byfleet branch for the rest of the time over the phone and during our visits to the storage unit and she was an absolute pleasure to deal with and an incredible asset to the company!

Service has been very friendly and professional from initial enquiry through to using the facility. Jonny was very efficient over the phone and Kutu was great when I went down to set everything up.
The store manager, Dion Marshall, was very accommodating as I could come in after reception hours. He was very informative and helpful and nothing was too big of an ask for him. He is clearly passionate about his job and it really shows in the way he comes across. Very impressed!!
