Your staff were friendly and helpful, they were knowledgeable about the services you had to offer and explained it clearly and effectively. Having been provided with this service it made it very easy to store my items. Having your staff member (charlote) show me around and find a storage locker the correct size to fit my item through the door made a massive difference to my experience.

Great customer service and flexibility. Not a 10 just because it is quite pricey still.

The experience is good and would recommend, but it is expensive even with discounts.

The only issue I had was that I needed to store my mattress laid down, and unfortunately all of the rooms that were available at a smaller size had beams in them so I had to go up a room size which meant I had to pay more money, which was quite disappointing.

Because everything worked out as i needed too and everyone was very helpfull in regarding time flexibility and helping me in this new experience

I found the staff very capable, efficient and friendly.
