Alex did a lovely job explaining to us how the storage works, was knowledgable and enthusiastic, and communicated exceptionally well. It helped me feel much more confident about using Big Yellow now, and in the future.

Alex was so helpful, nothing was too much trouble. When we tried to fit our belongings in to our new unit, the shape was not suitable so Alex promptly found us a different unit which was ideal. Everywhere was clean and orderly. Helen and Alex even made us a cup of tea to enjoy once we’d finished! Whilst storage is expensive, I am comfortable in the knowledge that our items are safe, clean and dry and under the watchful eye of lovely Helen and Alex :)
