Very well, staff were very helpful and understanding, we needed a unit straight away due to being let down and this was sorted for us and the forms sent at the same time for us to fill in. We even recieved a courtesy call to let us know that it was a busy day and to ask when we would like to come down. Lucy was great on the desk and explained everything clearly and was very friendly as was the other member of staff that was there who remembered me from the phone call.
