The staff were all helpful and friendly, the prices were good and the terms flexible, and simple to understand. The space offered suited perfectly.

Well I would highly recommend big yellow but I'm afraid I don't know anyone who needs storage right now but I will definitely recommend the size of the units, the price and the very friendly staff.

I had a unit in 2015 and this was large - I think 40ft. The prices seemed reasonable then but now with a 20ft holding it is very very expensive.

The young man on the reception desk was friendly and helpful. He took us up to see the unit and offered an alternative if we preferred that. He explained how everything worked and made the process as smooth as possible.

I found Alex Lang very helpful and professional to deal with right from the first telephone conversation and then the subsequent dealings on site. Only two comments 1 ....the toilet needs cleaning and air freshener using as it smells 2.....a light in each unit would be much better

This is the first time I have used yellow box. The rates were more reasonable than I expected and they handle things in a very professional way. I left with full confidence in security and ease of access during the rental period. The check in process was much better than expected. I was in a rush and the staff responded, i was done in 15 minutes.

Very polite , I was in a hurry and your staff member was very quick but kept a professional attitude and covered all the points very well . I was extremely satisfied with the service I received .
