Fantastic check in service from Tom who served us. 10 out of 10 for service from Tom! Very thorough and pleasant. The whole experience was a lot more hassle free than I thought and it's extremely helpful to be able to use your trolleys and reverse right up to the loading area.

From the moment we entered Big Yellow we were asked whether we would like tea or coffee. My grandson 12 month old, spat some food out onto my daughter's hand and both Alex and Aaron ran around to help her and get a tissue to wipe her hand and a waste paper basket!! Without asking and with a good sense of humour they helped us out in a difficult sticky situation. I have used this store before and am always met with big smiles and a great greeting. This service is outstanding and so nice to have people that are always good humoured and willing to help you. I can assure you this doesn't happen anywhere else. What a great team at Camberley, thank you for your considerate actions and just being cheerful.
