Great speedy service and very friendly staff. Jay was great!

Adam was very helpful at the Camberwell storage and gave me all the information I needed without overwhelming me.

So we booked the morning of the booking and Lauren called left us a voice mail to confirm. When we arrived at 4 we were greeted by her and she was welcoming, thorough and helpful with everything. She showed us to the unit and suggest we get a smaller size to save us some money. Lauren even indulged in my random questions. Would recommend to a friend.

The ‘Big Yellow Self Storage’ facility in (Camberwell) were absolutely amazing, first when I walked in to make a general enquiry and then a few days later when I went I returned to go through the Process of using one of their self-storage rooms. The (Reception) Staff that assisted Me, were absolutely Courteous, Friendly, Knowledgeable, and above all very Professional. I would also like to add that The Big Yellow Self-Storage’ in (Camberwell) has exceptional security for their Clients Stored Possessions, compared to a few other Storage Centres, that I have used in the past, And it very well managed, as well as being very clean, clear and tidy too. So a very big thank you to all of the (STAFF) at the ‘Big Yellow Self Storage’ in (Camberwell), Many Thanks for assisting and helping Me through the Processing of using Their Self-Storage Facility.

Booked storage here for a couple of weeks while I was having work done on my flat. They make it so easy, the storage is clean and the system easy to navigate. Special shout out to Jay who went above and beyond helping me when I was checking out and couldn’t get my stuff home. Amazing customer service. I’d definitely use Big Yellow for storage again after this experience!
