Today I visited Big Yellow Storage in Camberwell as I urgently needed storage space for at least the next six months. I’m currently going through financial difficulties and had a strict budget that I couldn’t exceed. Thankfully, Lauren and Jake were incredibly helpful and supportive throughout the entire process. They not only took the time to explain the true value of the service offered but went above and beyond to make sure I got the best possible deal. Lauren, in particular, personally reached out to their head office on my behalf, secured a fantastic rate, and even shared helpful tips to make my storage experience safer and more affordable when needed. She also took the time to walk me through the space, explain every detail, and made sure I felt welcome—offering me a cup of tea and a glass of water, which is such a rare gesture these days. The level of care and customer service I received was truly outstanding. I’m very happy with the experience and highly recommend Big Yellow Storage. I’ll certainly continue to use their services whenever possible.
