I have been using the Canterbury Armadillo storage facility since 2019. We first needed to store some of my parents’ furniture urgently when a serious medical condition meant we needed to move items quickly to make room for medical equipment. Will was incredibly helpful not only sorting me the best sized lockup very quickly, but also put me in touch with a company to move the furniture that day. We have continued to use Canterbury Armadillo to store items following house clearance following bereavement when we weren’t ready to part with items yet. Simon and Will have been helpful in sourcing us the correct size lockup as our needs have changed. Will has been kind, knowledgeable on what was best for our needs and budget and always greeted us with a smile. The whole premises is clean and well presented from the reception area, corridors, the individual lockups and even the loo, which we’ve been grateful for on extended visits while sorting and moving to different size lockups. We have only recently met Alex and Maria but they have been polite, helpful and friendly whilst also being able to offer support and answer our questions. We wish them well in their future carers with Armadillo. We have been confident that our possessions are safe and well looked after but we are grateful for the advice from Will regarding insurance. We have had some very sad and difficult times over the last 7 years and are extremely grateful for all the support we have been shown by Will and the team, making the storage issues an easy and smooth process, whilst being treated with empathy has helped to ease some of the stresses. The units are very clean and spacious, access arrangements are just what we needed. Best of all the reception staff we saw, Alex & Maria, were lovely and very accommodating when it came to the flexibility to change the size of unit when required. Thanks guys!
