Customer service here is honestly outstanding. Will was very personable and engaging and Didnt rush through any of the process. Didnt feel like I was being oversold a storage space that was too big. The space I got is pretty much perfect for what we own. I was provided with as much information as I needed and would highly recommend this storage facility to anyone requiring the space. I highly recommend this self storage, great customer service where you can speak with actual human! They are very helpful and always give me the best options. I am returning client, I’ve used Flexi office and now self storage. I’m getting the best price here compared to the other places. Very clean facilities, don’t smell or have mould and high humidity. Ideal place if you’re moving or running a small business.
Good service with friendly, helpful staff. Although there are limitations on when you can bring stuff in (need staff present), if you can manage to times to come in is very good. Would be nice if you could bring items in at any time, but can understand the limitations.
The nicest staff and they are super efficient. They helped sort unit, the insurance and gave us all we needed for a smooth move. We changed units later to something smaller, and nothing was too much for them. The prices are good, facilities are clean and easily accessible. Simon Lisa and Will you guys rock.

These guys (and girls) are terrific. Nothing is a problem for them. Courteous, helpful, extremely efficient and above all they always have a smile on their faces.
