This is my first time using a storage unit and I was quite anxious about all the logistics but so far have been really impressed! Marcus and David have both been fantastic at different times, but Marcus got me set up and explained everything to me really clearly, answering every question I had with a smile. The facility is immaculate and there are plenty of high quality palettes available which has been a huge help for moving things! It feels very secure. I’ve also been impressed by how safe it seems, as a single woman moving items this is reassuring, as it makes me feel more secure about popping in outside normal hours if I need to. So far, an excellent experience!

I just wanted to send a quick note to say thank you for the great service. I especially appreciate the efforts of Marcus and his colleague in getting my storage sorted out. They went above and beyond to help me, and their excellent customer service made a huge difference. Thanks again for the fantastic experience!

Neil was so helpful and lovely! I was alone and was hesitant to move , but he made everything very easy ! Will definitely come back next year.
