Staff were very helpful and knowledgeable, they explained everything really well and i felt comfortable that the process would be straight forward. It was all very organised, which at a very stressful time was a relief.
Ryan Richmond at the Chelmsford branch has been exceptionally helpful as has his colleague Lee. They are an excellent team. If only they did conveyancing too!
