Mahfuz from the Chiswick site was fantastic for me and my partner in finding the right size storage for us. Really informative, couldn’t help anymore if he tried. Great asset to the company, thanks mahfuz!
Brilliant experience and glad to have recently visited and rented a locker our at the Chiswick branch. We had particular good service with Amaan and Mahfuz.
This place was exceptional. We used it as a staging area to move into the nearby flats and they went out of their way to make sure we rented the right size storage room, got us the right (very reasonable) deal at sign up and made sure everything was flawless from start to finish. Shout out to Mahfouz at the front desk, I have not received better customer service anywhere. Highly recommended.
Excellent service from Mahfuz, solid guy and helpful with any queries we had :)
Amaan & Shweta were amazing and very helpful. We had a baby with us and they were very accommodating.
Mahfuz was incredibly helpful and patient during the process. Thank you so much!
Excellent service
Amaan was in charge of giving me the quote and showing us the storage. He was amazing. The whole process is very smooth. We went in store to see the space to get a better idea. Would recommend that to people who are not sure how much space they need. The whole facility is well managed.
