Shweta and Mahfuz in the Chiswick Big Yellow Storage facility were exceptionally friendly and helpful. They provided advice on the delivery of my things (I had some complicated movers) and welcomed me with a cup of tea and a smile. On a stressful move day it was so lovely to experience such a warm and helpful welcome.

This was the first time I have used a storage unit. From the moment I called to get information I felt like I was in good hands. Shweta was the person I spoke and the person on my first day. She made my experience outstanding. On the first call she explained the storage options and costs. Then, on my first "move in" day, she went through the contract thoroughly and quickly. She was extremely efficient and I appreciated that very much. One thing that was important to me was extended hours access and she was very clear about what that meant and the additional cost. I would definitely recommend Big Yellow Self Storage in Chiswick and would tell them that Shweta took great care of us.
