I love the ease of using the StoreID app for access - very SMART! and the staff are always happy and helpful - I actually look forward to going to my storage - the whole experience is quite Zen for me!

Excellent place to use for storage, very simple and straight forward. James at reception was a great help! Lots of support and answering all our questions, no matter how many time we ask again. From the beginning to the end, James has been helpful, even with having to change different things with our reservation.

From the original inquiry, to date changes to eventually checking in, James was exceptional. He provided all the right information with detailed explanation, clarified multiple times and ensured we had everything we need. I will certainly recommend the facility and James!

Excellent location great customer service from Almas, Gemma and Khai. It's always clean and tidy. Price is also great. Will recommend to other always.
