I recently used this storage facility for a month and a half, in a very difficult time for me, and I want to say a big thanks to a blonde lady at the reception, Almas and Khai. They were helpful, patient, and kind. They helped me every step of the way, from choosing the right size unit to upgrading. During a stressful time of transition, their attitude and professionalism made a huge difference. It's rare to find people who combine efficiency with such a genuine human touch, and that was evident in my interaction with the blonde lady at the front desk. Unfortunately I forgot her name. Thank you all. I highly recommend this place, especially because of the people who make it so welcoming!

He provided us with all the information we needed in a clear and friendly manner, answering any questions we had without hesitation. Thanks to his efficiency, we were able to get everything set up quickly and smoothly.
