When being contacted by the storage company, the employees were extremely friendly and very helpful to find the storage that would most suit us. On arrival my partner had no trouble changing the details over into his name to make our move in smooth.
Went in to see the different rooms available and received excellent customer service then, when I went back in to the store to finalise the details, received the same excellent experience and it was quick as well! I finalised the purchase with Josh, but I have been massively impressed and satisfied with the service I have received from both the guys I've dealt with (unfortunately can't remember his name) and they have provided excellent customer service after the details had been finalised and signed off when I was moving items in to the storage. Also never seen either of them not smiling. Will definitely use it again!
