The staff were friendly and gave us all the information we needed to get started. The storage rooms are easily accessible and staff had shown us exactly how to use lifts and entry system.

I have never used armadillo before but I found Josh & Aaron really helpful. They were very friendly & polite & explained everything to me very clearly & answered all the questions that I had. Joshua showed me around & explained how to get in & how to use the lift.I would definitely recommend armadillo to my friends & would definitely recommend they speak to Joshua or Aaron if using the Sinfin Derby Units. Overall I am more than happy with my experience & because of that I intend on extending how long I rent my storage unit. Thank you Joshua

Positive and friendly staff, clear and simple payments and procedures

They were very helpful from start to finish. Nothing was to much trouble. When i had to phone up to query something it was all explained. Emails are always sent as a follow up. 5* service. Arron was excellent and would like to thank him for his help.
