Good Service

Ease of use and flexible

Both Josh and Elliot were helpful and gave us all the information we needed whenever we needed it. Everything was fully explained and they were very flexible when we needed to change times/ dates/ storage needs.

Everything was explained in great detail about the contract, and the ease of access to rooms and times are good. Aaron and Josh were very helpful with explaining the procedures and access.

Only downfall is it says weekly payment but you have to pay upfront for 4 weeks. direct debit doesn't really apply in that case does it
