Customer reviews for Dundee Self Storage

Super easy to book and check in. Staff were very helpful. Especially Liam who took me through the process. Would easily recommend

Fabulous experience, very friendly, very informative, allowed me to view possible units to see what would fit my needs. Nothing was too much trouble at all. I was helped by Darren and Simon in the Dundee branch, both of these gentlemen are a credit to the company. So happy i chose to store my items here. I know if i have any issues in the future they will be dealt with.

Great service, great people and awesome customer service - Darren in particular was fab from the get go!

Liam was really helpful and made the process super easy

Liam was very helpful and friendly. Thorough discussion of terms and conditions and it was good to see the size of the storage unit prior to purchase to ensure we were getting the correct size. Everything looks well organised, clean and secure, which is what you need from a storage facility. Thanks.

Excellent service and such a helpful team! Darren was a massive help in choosing the storage unit and made reserving it so easy, even at short notice. Liam attended to us on site and was a joy to speak to and made the whole move in process quick and straightforward. And of course, Arnie (pictured) was the best part of it all!!

Very helpful and welcoming. Amazing service. Thanks Liam.
