Trouble free and always good service to date. On this occasion with Almas at Enfield.

Easy process to book in online, very friendly staff and well kept facility

Efficient service, staff explained everything, clean easy to use rooms

Purchased a few extra large boxes but found them lacking in strength - would be better if they could be made double insulated.

The service is very good and I have been provided with the details and information very clearly from the beginning.

No one is ever 10/10 always room for improvement, the contents of the boxes gave me grief, i felt that was an intrusion on my privacy, You had all my home details bank details and i don't think anyone would be stupid enough to store unsafe or stolen goods once you had all of that. It's my risk re insurance so the listing of goods was uncalled for in my opinion

The person at reception and who showed me the process to get to the box was friendly and efficient. He gave good advice on required box size and I upgraded from 25 to 40. Everything was very smooth

Mr Almas was very helpful and helped us 2 ladies a lot explained to me everything so I had no questions

Paul was very helpful and efficient with any queries on the phone when making enqires and Almas was very thorough when checking in in person.
