Almas was polite & efficient when I enquired and when I later reserved a unit. Martin was again polite & efficient when I checked in. Both the unit and overall development is bright and clean
There was a considerable delay in authorising the insurance otherwise it was good.
Prices were over priced for the storage room sizes.
The customer assistant eas very helpful and did a great job. My only concern was the price of the insurance policy.
The service was prompt and helpful, however I didn't think it necessary to be taken to view the storage unit and this added to the time I had to pay my removers.
