Easy to deal with online and helpful and informative staff at the storage

This is the first time that I have used a storage facility. Right from the point of first contact, initial telephone call, booking & moving my household contents into storage, the staff were all, without exception polite, informative, reassuring and very customer focussed throughout. I found all staff flexible and helpful. I found that the facility was easy to use with sufficient equipment available. The staff were all clean and presentable. Facilities were similar. The team at Enfield who I spoke with before and on the day were very supportive, Paul and Almas in paticular. My experience is all positive and it is difficult to see how the service could be improved.

Fast and friendly service. Masaa was very thorough and knowledgable.

Because I felt like home, So simple and easy to access the store room, very kind personnel and location make it so convenient for customer to use and it's not expensive either!

Friendly and helpful staff but time to go through things quite long

paperwork was time consuming and took too long. room dimensions are rather misleading - i asked for storage to be able to hold 2 x bikes lengthways and my first booking was too small. also expensive with having to pay for first two months in advance.

We were greeted by a very efficient and friendly member of staff, who made the check in process stress free after a long day of packing &moving.
