I was there to deliver but I didn't know what to do. I went to the reception to ask what to do. The woman who was there came out in the rain to show me what to do and where the storage number was.

Lovely people. Very efficient. Everyone has been very helpful from initial reservation through adjusting move in date to moving in.

Staff really helpful.

Steve and Co were our port in a storm today. We were moving house from quite a distance away to retire to Devon when....well let's just say things didn't go quite to plan. Thank you so much for your warm welcome and help, its very much appreciated Pam & Terry
