It was my first time to go to a storage facility and from the start all of the personnel was very friendly, greeting us and were ready to help. Pasq took the time to listen to my needs, gave some advice, information and had an overall positive disposition. Overall I left feeling confident about my decision to use the unit for my belongings 😊.
