What an amazing team at this store! From day one I have felt so welcome, manager Helen has been amazing, nothing has been an issue she is so friendly, you can tell the team have a great relationship due to how Helen runs the store. The rest of the team were just wow! From Carlos helping with the fork lift, Scott and Megan helping with every other issue I have had , every member of staff have been so friendly and kind. The store has always been clean and tidy when I have visited.

Setting it all up was a piece of cake ! Libbie was a saint and made perfect and saved our sanity. Many thanks.

Amazing service

I had a great experience with Big Yellow Fulham. The booking over the phone was quick and very easy. When I arrived, the team took the time to show me around and explain everything properly, which I really appreciated. Even though I later decided not to go ahead with the storage, they were incredibly helpful and professional throughout. Special thanks to Declon at reception truly first class service.

The whole experience with the service at Big Yellow has been fantastic since I rang them the first time, Debby was a star to give me all the information needed and then on the storage day, Scott was brilliant to help me out with all the arrangements and guidance to this new service for me! Thank you all so very much, you have made my life quite easy at the time I needed🙏🏻
