Customer reviews for Guildford Slyfield Self Storage

Highley recommend, keith and amy been a big help

I had an excellent experience at Big Yellow Self Storage thanks to Keith and Amy. From start to finish, they were incredibly friendly, professional, and helpful. They both took the time to walk me through the entire storage process, answering all my questions and making everything easy to understand. Amy clearly explained how the padlock worked and was a pleasure to chat with throughout the process. Keith went above and beyond by helping me carry my storage boxes out to my Uber, which I really appreciated. Both Keith and Amy made what could have been a stressful experience feel simple and enjoyable. Their kindness, patience, and great customer service really stood out. Thank you both for making my visit such a positive one.I highly recommend this location!
