Heather was amazing! Really helpful and knowledgeable whilst also being really friendly.

By cutting out all the red tape I was able to open a storage unit in a matter of hours. Then, by explaining how the pricing works and showing me around different sized units I ended up with a much bigger lockup than I originally intended and this has helped me with my building project

Detail predominately with Jackie throughout the experience at the Acton branch. She was fantastic - kept in contact throughout the week but wasn’t overbearing. Made the check-in process seamless and clear and was personable and enjoyable to deal with.
