Shak at the Gypsy Corner depot was amazing. Because of how my last storage company handled customers I was of the view that the industry was a racket. As a result, Shak was a dose of fresh air. Professional, helpful and friendly. The whole process was a dream and he is excellent at customer relations

It was handled very well overall. The only thing that I disliked were the added fees (insurance) that I did not expect to be so high (almost as much as the storage rent), and I was not informed on your website about these extra fees
