Good and close to my house..... very nice people working there special Ricky very nice and friendly Man .....

The gentleman who was at the reception desk was extremely polite and helpful. A credit to the company. He explained everything very clearly which meant my initial trip was very straightforward. The storage unit was clean and accessible. Excellent.

It has nothing to do with who served me but rather first contact on phone with the customer service! Asked for student discount and was told it was £42 in total but ended up paying so much more than that! How sad!!

The store manager was extremely helpful - Moving in was very straightforward as was reserving the unit, getting quotes and checking in online and I received much information about the facilities and services that I have available to me. The unit is a very good size, also in height and I am very pleased that I chose this Big Yellow store over the neighbouring Shurgard (whom incidentally I had a completely opposite experience with them in attempting to rent a unit out).

Very efficient process. Excellent customer service from Lalit at Gypsy Corner who went above and beyond to get me into the storage unit I needed at a competitive price.
