Easy and quick and Ricky was a nice guy

I had checked in online before I moved in which made things smooth, I just turned up and put my stuff in storage. I did however discover mouse droppings in my storage and it took some time to convince the staff of this.

I have used big yellow quite a few times over the years and find they offer a convenient and very useful service. Many people in my line of work would also find the facilities useful.

Great customer service by Ricky. Clear and thorough check in provided. Worked well under pressure s he was on his own.
