Had a great experience with Natalie, she was extremely helpful in getting me sorted with a storage unit, explaining the offers and getting me all set up when I was evicted on my move in day and needed a quick storage solution. Lovely to work with, and a very easy storage solution in a pinch.

The staff here are super friendly and helpful. It was easy to check in and out. Only stayed the 1 week but was easy to access and did the job perfectly. Definitely recommend if you need short term storage options

All the staff were really really helpful! They answered all my queries and questions. When the lift was broken, they had a team to help my daughter and I move all her uni items in for storage, which was way more reasonable than what the uni were charging! Thank you so much to all the staff especially Heather, who was really approachable, kind and helpful. Thank you, you made the whole move so much easier and less stressful. 😊
