The staff at yellow storage were very helpful thanks to kritika and Caroline for all their help.

Very friendly staff made everything easy and helped us with everything we needed. They gave us drinks and explained how everything worked in a straightforward manner.

I honestly found the staff to be the most helpful in any field of customer service I have encountered. Kritika and her Assistant Manager Katy were so helpful and I couldn't have asked for more. The entire serivce was itself very simple to use as well and I think you have an excellent set up for self storage. Hanger Lane branch is a big thumbs up!!

Very helpful advice over the phone before booking. Kritika the staff member I dealt with when I arrived was very friendly, helpful and informative. I could not have asked for better service. It was very good that you could be flexible in providing me with a larger locker on viewing.
