I received great service from Kate on my visit to the Big Yellow Self Storage in Hounslow. She was very friendly, knowledgeable and took the time to explain the whole storage/moving process. Kate made me feel experience extremely positive - which will not hesitate in using Big Yellow Self Storage again.
