Service from staff was really good. Patient and answered all the questions I had.

Everything so far from booking, reception and a change in our date of arrival has been accomodated with efficiency and friendliness. Gary Wilson at Hull was exceptional.

Jack, who dealt with me was really helpful and informative. He guided me through sizes and prices, inventory and showed me around. The manager (I forgotten his name) advised by what was on my inventory that I'd need a bigger space, and boy did I! Really helpful, and patient with payment as I forgot my bank card twice

Following a very long van drive from London it was nice to be met by an extremely helpful manager, John, who made the move-in process very easy and less stressful. Trollies were appropriate, easily accessible, as was the room location.
