We’re really grateful to Armadillo Hull for their help and service. We first reached out in December 2024 as we were needing space to keep a deceased family member’s belongings. As we live 6 hours from Hull, it was difficult to arrange a house clearance, however Renate and the team helped by recommending charities and a man with a van (Transport Way Hull) who were excellent and made a stressful experience much less stressful. The storage itself is secure but easy to access with code access and felt items were safe there. The additional feature of being able to buy boxes & bubble wrap on site was brilliant. On the day of the house clearance, the team even stayed open for 10 minutes to allow us to put the rest of our items in before heading back home. We have just left the unit, due to bringing the items closer to us, the leaving process was easy with 1 week notice and a simple phone call. Overall, a friendly team and a brilliant service. Thank you!

Renate was absolutly lovely and very helpful! Was struggling to find a reliable storage facility and after speaking to Renate, we were able to quickly move in and sort the documents on the same day. She offered to stay after closing in order to help us out, bless her. Would recommend! Reasonable prices, quick and secure services.
